Presence Engine

How customers experience your business online

Your website is often the first real impression a customer gets. The Presence Engine makes sure it actually converts visitors into inquiries, whether that means building one from scratch, redesigning an old one, or optimizing a good one further.

Part of the LeadsFortress System. Not sold on its own, here's why below.

What makes a contractor website actually convert?

A contractor website converts when it answers three things fast: what you do, where you do it, and what happens next. That means visible proof of past work, a phone number that dials on mobile, and one clear action per page. Speed and clarity matter far more than visual polish.

What's Included

What the Presence Engine covers

Website

A professional, conversion-focused website, built, hosted and maintained as part of the System.

Landing Pages

Dedicated pages for specific services or campaigns, built to convert, not just inform.

Brand Presence

Consistent, professional presentation across every page a customer might land on.

Why It Matters

The problem this engine solves

Most local service businesses lose customers before the phone ever rings. A visitor lands on a slow, outdated, or confusing website and leaves for the next name on Google, and the business owner never even sees it happen.

The Presence Engine isn't just "a website." It's an evaluation of how your business presents itself online, and an adaptive fix. If yours is already converting well, we leave it alone and focus your build time elsewhere. If it needs work, we build, redesign, or optimize, whichever actually moves the number.

Part of one connected system

The Presence Engine works best alongside the other four. That's why it isn't sold on its own, engines feed each other, and fixing one leak while four others keep draining rarely moves the number.

Process

How the Presence Engine gets built

1. Audit what you have

We start with what is already live: how fast it loads on a phone on site, whether the number dials in one tap, what a homeowner sees in the first three seconds, and whether anything at all is tracked. Most contractor sites fail on speed and tracking long before they fail on design.

2. Build for the booked job

Pages get structured around the decision a homeowner is making, not around your services list. Proof of work near the top, service area stated plainly, one clear action per page, and forms that reach you the moment they are submitted.

3. Wire up the tracking

Every call, form and chat gets attributed to where it came from. Without this you are guessing which half of your marketing works, and guessing is how contractors end up paying for leads twice.

4. Keep it current

Photos from recent jobs, updated service areas, seasonal pages when storm season hits. A site that has not changed in two years tells Google and homeowners the same thing.

FAQ

Questions about the Presence Engine

Do I have to move my domain?

No. Your domain stays registered in your name and we point it at the new build when you are ready. If we ever stop working together you keep the domain and the files.

What if I already have a website I like?

Then we keep it and fix what is underneath. A site you like that loads in six seconds and tracks nothing is a design problem you do not have and a performance problem you do.

Do I need a completely new website, or can you improve my existing one?

Depends what your Growth Score shows. If your current site converts well, we optimize specific elements, speed, calls to action, trust signals, rather than rebuild from scratch. If it's genuinely holding you back, we redesign it. Either way, the goal is a site that converts, not a new site for its own sake.

How long does a website build take?

As part of the full System build, the Presence Engine is typically one of the first things live, usually within the first one to two weeks, well inside the 30-day full system timeline.

Do I own my website if I cancel?

Your website is hosted as part of the System subscription. If you cancel, hosting comes down with it. A one-time migration fee applies if you want a static export or want to move it to your own hosting.

What if I already have a website I like?

Then we optimize rather than replace. Speed, calls to action, trust elements, mobile experience, whatever the Growth Score flags as the actual gap, not a rebuild for the sake of one.

Can I buy the Presence Engine on its own?

No, and that's deliberate. The Presence Engine works best alongside the other four, engines feed each other, and fixing one leak while the rest keep draining rarely moves the number. It's included in the LeadsFortress System, one price, all five engines together.
