Real numbers from real businesses

A short list, because I've worked with a small number of businesses properly rather than a long one briefly. Every figure below is checkable, and where I don't have proof yet, I say so.

Case Study

A remittance business in Edgware, north London

A local money transfer business competing against established high street names in a crowded search area. Named details withheld at the client's request.

The situation

The business had a Google Business Profile, but it was doing almost nothing. Visibility sat at 36%, meaning that across the local search area, the listing only surfaced for about a third of the searches it should have been eligible for. It ranked 4th, which in local search is the difference between being seen and not being seen at all. Review volume was low and stale.

What was done

Two engines, run properly rather than dabbled with.

  • Visibility Engine. Full profile rebuild: categories, services, attributes, service area, and consistent business information everywhere it appeared. Then ongoing activity rather than a one-off fix, because local rankings respond to sustained signals, not a single afternoon of work.
  • Trust Engine. A structured review request process aimed at real, recent customers. No incentives, no bought reviews, no gates. Just asking the right people at the right moment, consistently.

The result

Visibility more than doubled to 92% and the listing moved to 1st in 45 days. 18 genuine reviews landed in the first three weeks, which mattered as much for conversion as for ranking: prospects comparing options now saw recent, credible feedback rather than a thin, dated profile.

Why it worked

Nothing here was exotic. It worked because the profile was rebuilt properly rather than tweaked, and because the review process ran every week instead of being remembered occasionally. Most local businesses lose on consistency, not on tactics.

What I can't show you yet

I don't have a published home service case study yet. LeadsFortress was built for home service businesses, but the proof I can show you today comes from local businesses in other sectors.

I could dress that up. Plenty of agencies would show you a competitor's numbers or a stock chart and let you assume. What I'd rather do is tell you plainly: the engines are proven, the contractor case study is being built right now with a live client, and it goes on this page the moment there's a fair stretch of data behind it.

If being an early client is a problem for you, that's a completely reasonable position and you should wait. If it's an opportunity, that's what the Founder Partner program is for.
