About

Hi, I'm Rafi. I build lead systems for home service businesses.

LeadsFortress is not an agency with account managers and a client roster you'll never hear about. It's one operator, a system that's been built and rebuilt on real local businesses, and a deliberately short client list.

The short version

I've spent around seven years building websites and running local marketing for home service and local businesses. LeadsFortress is the system that came out of that work: five connected engines that get a business found, called, and booked. I run it myself, which is why I only take on a small number of clients at a time.

Why This Exists

Every marketing problem I found was actually five problems

For years I did the thing most people in this industry do. A business would call and say they needed a new website, so I built them a new website. Or they'd say their Google listing wasn't showing up, so I fixed the listing.

It worked, sometimes. But often the number didn't move, and it took me longer than I'd like to admit to work out why. A beautiful new site does nothing if nobody can find it. A perfect map listing does nothing if the calls go to voicemail. Fast follow-up does nothing if the reviews scare people off before they ever call.

Fixing one leak while four others keep draining is the most expensive way to do marketing. So I stopped selling single fixes and built the whole thing as one system instead.

Presence Found when they search
Visibility Ranked on the map
Trust Chosen over competitors
Capture No call missed
Follow-Up Worked until booked
Background

What I've actually done

Around 7 years in local marketing

Websites, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, and paid campaigns for home service and local businesses across the UK, US, and Pakistan.

Web Premium Services

The registered company behind LeadsFortress. Every contract, invoice, and payment runs through it.

GMAP Authority

My local SEO brand serving UK businesses. Same engines, narrower scope, and where a lot of the Visibility Engine was proven out.

Live client work

Currently running full systems for a small number of businesses, not a portfolio of logos I touched once and moved on from.

Straight Answers

The two questions everyone wants to ask

Both are fair. I'd rather answer them here than have you wonder.

"So it's just you?"

Yes, with contractors for specific pieces. That's a real trade-off and I won't pretend otherwise. What you lose is scale: I can't take twenty clients this quarter, and I don't try to.

What you gain is that the person who built your system is the person who answers when something breaks. No account manager relaying your question to someone you've never met. No junior learning on your account.

"You're not based in the US."

Correct. I work from overseas, on US hours, deliberately. My working day is built around your business day, so calls happen when it suits you rather than when it suits my timezone. If you need me at 7am before the crews roll out, that is a normal hour for me.

LeadsFortress is a product of Web Premium Services, a US-registered company. The work itself is Google Business Profile, website, review generation, call capture, and follow-up automation. None of it requires standing in your parking lot. What it requires is somebody who actually checks it every day.

Fit

Who this works for, and who it doesn't

Good fit

  • Home service businesses with crews to keep busy
  • Owners who want a system, not a monthly report
  • Anyone tired of buying the same lead three competitors also bought
  • Businesses willing to give it 90 days before judging it

Poor fit

  • Anyone who needs leads this week. This is a system, not a faucet.
  • Businesses wanting one engine only. They feed each other.
  • Anyone expecting me to run their sales for them
  • Anyone who wants the cheapest option in the market
FAQ

Working with me

How many clients do you take on?

Deliberately few. The Founder Partner program is capped at the first 10 businesses, and after that I'll cap intake at whatever number lets me stay hands-on with every account. If you want an agency that will always have room for one more, that isn't this.

Do you own the accounts and assets?

You do. Your domain stays registered in your name, your Google Business Profile stays yours, and your customer data is yours. If we stop working together, you take the assets with you. Holding a client hostage to their own listing is a business model I want no part of.

What happens in the first 30 days?

Audit and access first, then the engines go live in order: Presence and Visibility, then Trust, then Capture and Follow-Up. Capture and Follow-Up usually produce the first visible change, because most businesses are already getting more inbound than they realize and losing it.

Can I speak to you before committing?

Yes. Start with the Growth Score, which takes a few minutes and tells you where your leaks are whether or not you ever work with me. If it's worth a conversation after that, we'll have one.

The Growth Score checks all five engines and estimates what the gaps are costing you each month. Free, and yours whether we work together or not.
